Model AUD300C1000 Advanced UV Sensor detects the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the flame of an oil or gas burner.
When the sensor is used together with the specially designed model AUR355 or model AUR455, advanced UV relay, highly reliable flame safety control is achieved by driving the sensor's built-in shutter to dynamically check that the UV sensor and UV relay are operating properly.
This meter measures mass flow and can be used to manage compressor air or nitrogen leakage and usage. It has a wide rangeability and a reverse flow measurement function. IP65 protection allows installation in locations where a protective structure is required.
The Model AUR300C and Model AUR350C Advanced Ultraviolet Burner Controllers are flame monitors with a dynamic self-checking function for continuous and batch operation. These burner controllers are used in combination with the Model AUD300C Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detector or the Model AUD500C Explosion-Proof Advanced Ultraviolet Flame Detector. They do not have an ignition function. The ignition function is provided by configuring an instrumentation circuit with manual operation and safety taken into consideration to ensure safe combustion. In addition, the Model AUR350C Advanced Ultraviolet Burner controller has a communication function (RS-485); it can support a wide variety of applications in combination with a PC and a display.
The Azbil FSG 15 Advanced UV Relay with Communications is a Safe combustion controller with a dynamic self-checking function, and is used in combination with Advanced UV Sensor. By driving the shutter, the FSG 15 checks itself and for faulty operation while controlling the flame relay. If a fault occurs in the flame detection circuit, the FSG 15 turns off the flame off the flame relay to ensure operational safety.
