TDR-480 is one economical slim 480W DIN rail power supply series, adapt to be installed on TS-35/7.5or TS-35/15 mounting rails. The body is designed 85.5mm in width, which allows space saving inside thecabinets. The entire series adopts the full range AC input from 34 340VAC to 550VAC (Dual Phaseoperation possible) and conforms to BS EN/EN61000-3-2, the norm the European Union regulates for harmoniccurrent. TDR-480 is designed with metal housing that enhances the unit's power dissipation. With workingefficiency up to 93 %, the entire series can operate at the ambient temperature between -20°C and 70°Cunder air convection. It is equipped with constant current mode for overload protection, fitting variousinductive or capacitive applications. The complete protection functions and relevant certificates for industrialcontrol apparatus (UL508, IEC 62368-1 CB approved by UL.) make TDR-480 a very competitive powersupply solution for industrial applications.
By combining a thermal MEMS sensor and a highly corrosion-resistant quartz glass flow path, the product can measure micro flow rates liquid flow of under 50 mL/min with a high degree of repeatability, which would be a difficult for traditional measurement methods.
Product development was based on the concept of adopting a measurement method that is minimally susceptible to changes in the state of the fluid (e.g., bubbles, pulsation, fluid temperature changes), and making the product user-friendly, with easy-to-use correction functions for measured fluids (correction based on the thermal conductivity of the fluid).
Measuring the instantaneous and integrating flow rates instead of previous methods (e.g., measuring the pump rotation speed, measuring the weight, or managing the fluid supply time) contributes reliable quality management and detection of anomalies in process based on measured values.
